Ingredients

  • 4 large carrots halved
  • 3 apricots
  • 1 ½ inch ginger root more or less for acquired taste

Instructions

  • Wash and prep your veggies and fruit.
  • Into the juicer feed the carrots, then the apricots and finish with the ginger root.
  • Serve immediately over ice.

Notes

Use firm apricots as they are much easier to juice.
