Diet is the number one cause of death in America!

According to the World Health Organization, the US is ranked as one of the highest with risks of death due to chronic disease(aka, poor diet, and a sedentary lifestyle).

Can’t find the US on the chart below?

That is because you are not scrolling down far enough.

Yup, keep scrolling,

a little more…

a little more…

We are all the way down at #34.

Why do you think that is?

Diet and exercise!

or should I say poor diet and lack of exercise?

Suicide rates continue to increase!

Drug deaths continue to climb!

Obesity among adults has increased over 166% the past 30 years(what????– let me repeat that- 166%) holy big mac batman!)

Diabetes has reached its highest prevalence!

Big food is a multibillion-dollar industry with political ties and manipulation tactics that only an industry like big tobacco could really appreciate.

Kind of like a sadistic big brother watching his kid sister punch the lights out of the neighborhood weakling just because he was there and available. “Go, Matilda, kick him hard and kick him while he is down”-“that’s my kid sister- hoo yeah!!”

These big food corporations are getting rich selling you processed convenience garbage food.

Want to feel better?

Want to prevent or even reverse chronic disease?

Want to eliminate your depression and anxiety?

How would you like to increase your energy and vitality?

You can! But you need to stand up against Big Food!

The revolution starts with us – the consumer.

Let’s beat Big Food! Together!

About Lisa

Registered Nurse, Certified Health and Nutrition Coach, Certified Food Allergy and Intolerance Coach, Meal Organization Manager, and Disparager of the Big Food Industry

As a nurse, I know firsthand how poor diet and lifestyle literally ruin people’s lives. Diet is the number one cause of death.

By changing the way we eat and focusing on real food that is clean and natural we can prevent and even reverse chronic disease.

Finding time is not easy though!  After years of working long hours as a nurse and struggling to figure out how to find time for cooking and planning healthy meals for my family, I designed a system that cut my time and stress in half.

In addition to that, this system can save you money by keeping you focussed, eliminating impulse buying, and cutting down on waste.

In all my years of nursing (over 25 years) what I have enjoyed the most is prevention. Teaching folks how to prevent disease by creating healthy habits, eating right, and moving more.

I would love to support you on your journey.
